Holiday "Black Out" Periods for Specials & Seasonal Pricing

  • Thanksgiving Weekend
  • Christmas Week
  • Martin Luther King Weekend
  • Valentines Day
  • Memorial Day Weekend
  • Labor Day Weekend

Check-In

  • Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving later.
  • There are no early check-ins, as our staff is readying the inn for your arrival until that time.

Check-Out

  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Please note that a fee of $50 is assessed for each 15 minutes or fraction thereof for late check-outs after 11:00 AM

Reservations

  • A deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee a 1 or 2 night reservation, 50% of the total is required for longer reservations.
  • Third party gift certificates can be used for room reservations only.
  • All balances are due in full at check-in.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks

Minimum Stays

  • A two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends when a Saturday night is included. Exceptions apply in certain circumstances.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required in our vacation rentals -- The Barn Loft, Albion Village Cottage and Beach Trail Cottage
  • Three-night minimums are in effect for holiday weekends.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required during the week between Christmas and the New Year.

Cancellations

  • We must receive notice of cancellation or change no later than 14 days prior to your date of arrival.
  • If your reservation falls on a holiday period we must receive notice 21 days prior to your date of arrival.
  • Cancellations given PRIOR to 14 (or 21) days will have the deposit refunded minus a $50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations or changes within 14 days (or 21 days for holidays) of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit and, if within three (3) days of arrival, are liable for the entire amount of the original reservation.
  • "No shows", early departures and delayed arrivals are the same as a cancellation, and all monies due will be collected.
  • All cancellations incur a handling fee of $50 per room.
  • All reservation date changes made outside the 14-day window (or 21 days for holiday periods) incur a $20 handling fee per room.

Groups

  • For groups reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy applies, and full payment in advance is required.

Maximum Occupancies
  • Inn rooms are configured for one or two adults only, with the exception of Pinewood, which under certain circumstances can accommodate 3 adults.
  • The Barn Loft Vacation Rental can accommodate up to six people, including children over the age of 12 at the rate of $30 per person above the base price for two
  • The Beach Trail Cottage accommodates up to 4 people of any age at a rate of $30 per person over the base of two
  • The Albion Village Cottage accommodates up to 6 people of any age at a rate of $30 per person over the base of two

Please Note:

  • Our 10 inn rooms are appropriate for adult guests only with the exception of the Barn Loft where children over the age of 12 are welcome. Children of any age are welcome in the Beach Trail Cottage and Albion Village Cottage
  • Smoking is not permitted inside any of our facilities
  • We have a strict no pets policy. We love animals, but maintain a pet-free inn and Vacation Rentals. If a pet is found to have stayed in any of our rooms or vacation rentals a $150 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.
  • VACATION RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT: Vacation rental guests authorize a $150 security deposit for the Albion Village Cottage, the Beach Trail Cottage, and The Barn Loft vacation rentals. This amount will not be charged at time of booking, but will be assessed in case of any damage or additional cleaning of the houses if needed.
