Policies

Check-In

• Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
• Please let us know if you will be arriving later.
• There are no early check-ins, as our staff is readying the inn for your arrival until that time.

Check-Out

• Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Reservations

• A deposit of one night's rate is required to guarantee a 1 or 2 night reservation; 50% of the total is required for longer reservations.
• Third party gift certificates can be used for room reservations only.
• All balances are due in full at check-in.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.

Minimum Stays

• A two-night minimum stay is required on all weekends (i.e., when a Saturday night is involved).
• A two-night minimum stay is required in the Barn Loft residence
• Three-night minimums are in effect for holiday weekends.
• A two-night minimum stay is required during the week between Christmas and New Years.

Cancellations

• You are responsible for your entire reservation.
• Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be at least 14days prior to your arrival date.
• On shorter notice, we will refund any prepaid moneys only if we can resell the entire reservation; otherwise, you are responsible for your entire reservation.
• All cancellations will incur a handling charge of $50 per room.
• "No shows" are considered a cancellation, and all monies due will be collected.
• There are no refunds for "early departures."

Groups

• For groups reserving three or more rooms, a 30-day cancellation policy applies, and full payment in advance is required.

• Inn rooms are configured for one or two adults only, with the exception of Etta's Suite and Pinewood, which under certain circumstances can accommodate 3 adults.
• The Barn Loft Vacation Rental can accommodate up to six people, including children.
• We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any of our facilities.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
